Replacement motherboard for P5K-E WiFi

My Asus P5k-E WiFi motherboard has warped enough that it's causing me problems. I'm only using an Arctic Freezer Pro cooler so there's no weight on it per-se and it's all in a nice cool Lian-Li case with lots of fans. Anyway I want to replace it and whilst I RMA it and I'm not sure what to buy. I have a 4870x2 GC which doesn't fit well in the P5K-E as it snags the sata ports even with right angled cables. I have 2 Ci cards I want to use so they are a must and it needs to take DDR2 ram. I've been looking at the DFI LT X48-T2R BUT when the sound module is plugged in it obscures one of the PCI slots so I understand and the graphics card will obscure another due to it taking up 2 slots leaving just the one free.

What other alternative will provide me with what I want and good overclocking facilities?

P5K-E WiFi

Q6600 @ 3.21ghz

4gb DDR ram

2 internal HDD's

2 DVD drives

At the moment I don't want to spend £500+ buying an i7 cpu and x58 mobo AND DDR3 ram when my system runs well under a Q6600.

The logical step is the P5Q-E then. Pretty good board, even though it is made by Asus.
