i recently got bored of my shinobi, so i bought an air 540, transplant complete today.
specs,
2500k
asrock extreme3 gen3 z68
nhd-14
sapphire 7870oc
samsung 840 250gb,
and some white alchemy braids,
before.
now, it is not like i did not like this case, i was just bored,
so out with the 540,
i came across a problem, the mobo didn't cover the cpu cutout.... so i just blanked it off with some matt black sheet i bought,
this works pretty good, blends in nice when built up.
the wiring in the back has been improved slightly since i took this photo,
i know ttl does not aprove of using fan controllers, but i like to tune the noise levels of each fan so i hear minimal noise, but this way everything is hidden
zip tied me usb3 steam drive to the grill, works nicely ther tbh. outa the way
