really need help guys.

Guys i built a new system about 3 days ago, everything was fine and it worked great. this morning i was playing a game, then i quit and left the pc. when i game upstairs again it was off for some weard reason. when i tried to put it on again the pc would go on for 2 seconds and it would turn off! then it would try to reboot again. and this over and over and over. the fans work as long as 2 seconds aswell. what can it be? i unplugged the hdd allready this did not make any difference. i have the following specs.

case:fractal design r3

cpu: i5 2500k

motherboard: GA-Z68AP-D3

GPU: gigabyte super overclocked 560 GTX

PSU: corsair builder series 600w v2

sony optiarc.

cpu cooler: corsair a50.

ram: 2x4 corsair xms 3 ddr3 1333mhz.

Push\hold startbutton until it stops.Unplug powercord.hold startbutton for 10sec.Plugin again and start normally. works for me

If you oc`ed,it may indicate that its unstable

so it stays on now with that i mean the power led and all the fans. but my screen doesnt give any signs of signal whatsoever?

what can it be? cpu mobo or GPU?

Power off.Clear cmos.Start again.

Have you checked all connections,is gpu seated correctly in the slot,monitorcable,powercable to gpu,hdd connected properly again.

ty for reply, all the cables are seated just fine, but my motherboard doesnt have a clear CMOS button so how do i do that ? GA-z68ap-d3 socket 1155

btw the speaker for the motherboard doesnt give any sound, and the lights on back of the gpu are on.

plz reaply quickly.

good sir, you are my freakin hero! my pc is on again! im posting this on my pc atm! thank you thank you thank you! you saven me from the long waiting time of RMA

now i hope it will stay stable and that it wont happen again.

Think it was sleep mode that caused the problem.I always change to never turn of sceen and never sleep.

yeah i think that caused the problem since it was on sleep mode when it all started

but ill need to find out how to change that ?? any suggestions?
