Razer headset saves user from stray bullet

Probably some type of hollow point, which is why the glass saved his life. Not much in the way of penetration for them, they are designed to immediately expand upon contact (highly lethal) which makes them lose their velocity.

Glad he's ok. Otherwise he'd become a martyr.

Must be something like this, because we all know about Razer's actualy build quality lol.
Still a wholesome story.

There's a picture of the bullet, it's not a hollow point. It was just shot from very far away, and didn't have much momentum to ir any longer. It's also not too much deformed.

Even if it would hit his skull directly, I don't think it would break through the bone, he would just have a concussion at most. Any metal parts inside a mostly plastic headset are very thin, (Usually hinges or headband reinforcement, with the latter being extra super thin) definitely wouldn't stop any bullet at full power.
