I'd recommend clearing the CMOS on the board and having everything back to default settings and see if that solves the problem.

But i was trying to revert to the old bios but the gui said that it was to old?

heh I can not even start my pc it just keeps rebooting the screen stays black and nothing works.....

aparently after clearing cmos and doing it agian it works but seriously this was annoying...

Just unplug the power supply for 60 - 90 seconds then plug it back in and everything should be fine. For some reason the fan controller software is still live in your ram even after shutdown. This worked for me.

Also disable PPL voltage in the BIOS it was one of the problems with the P67 P8P67 PRO as well and disabling PPL voltage solved it.

Sorry guys and girls.. for not doing an update.

I still having the problem after turinig off ppl.

Can you help me out here

What was the last thing you installed prior to this happening ? or is it just sp1 ? do you have sytem restore turned off as windows normally would create a system restore prior to updating... i would scan with maleware bytes but it does sound like a hardware issue, as the fan speed shouldn't change once you have a profile saved.
