Raptors Raid0 question

Should i keep my raptors setup in raid 0 for overclocking or should i get one big hard drive?

2 raptors in a stripe will offer almost unbeatable performance for speed and, more importantly, benchmarking , but a larger hard disk will be more useful for your files, backups etc

But will it be stable enough if my cpu was to be overclocked,if been reading that

setting your drives in raid0 is not the best option as it can be unstable.

Just making sure before i get ready for the mach 2 as my X24800 will be pushed as far as i can get it.

I had no stability problems with my raptors in RAID and x2 4800 @ 12x265Mhz overclock.

Should be fine mate.

Raid mate, I have 2 x 74 gig raptors and I overclock ALOT! lol.

3.2 gig FX55

Truth be told though I'm not sure that raid is that much faster in the real world than a new sata II NCQ. Some might say that the raid in only a little faster but costs x2.

I'll still get the new 150 ones so make of that what you will.

Sorry mate, Clawhammer. It will hit 3.4 but wont play games and stuff. 3.2 and all is well. But I have had this over a year now........

Or maybe your just better at it than I am?? lol.
