So today i woke up, and my computer was frozen. had been folding while i was asleep. the mouse worked fine, but i could not click anything. i did a hard reset, and kept having issues while playing games. i cant seem to figure out the issue. ive done a format on the computer, its about time for that anyways, but the issue is still there, keeps locking up. ive reset the cpu back to default speeds, everything in my pc is now at stock clocks. i can run occt cpu test, and linpack test just fine for 20 mins. however when i run the power supply test built into occt the computer will lock up and crash again. i can also run MSI kombuster fine without issues.
need opinions. could it be my Revodrive 3 going? Corsair AX760i going? or gigabyte 760 going?
Event viewer is showing me Kernel-power issues for each lock up.
Edit: Kombuster now crashes when i try to close it. it opens and runs just fine, but when i close the furry block, the system crashes.
FIXED: removed/reseated all the power cables inside the pc, seams to have fixed the problem. 24 pin/8 pin/PCIE.
