I am trying to overclock my card but, i have no idea what to do? I have the ati tool but, when i try to overclock it starts making alot of errors and what it the rotating cube supposed to be for? Any help whould be much appreciated

That cards ability to be overclocked may be pretty bad... I don't know alot about the low 9 series cards but by the sound of it you may need some better cooling, or just a better card in general.

Hi Bungalo,

As Fragtek said, the card isn't the greatest for overclocking as you've already seen. Better cooling may yeild slightly better results, but don't count on it.

The rotating cube gives you an fps readout to show if the changes you are making are improving the cards speed. Also the cube is used for testing your overclock to ensure it is stable in 3d games.

Install DNA"s and flash to 9700's. Pull up some vmods and upgrade the heatsink and it can be a good card.
