that is stupid, oblivion needs to run way more efficiently, even at 1600x1200, its getting 26 fps? on a $800 video card. frickin rediculous

the drivers are yet to be optimized ;) you can expect the final releaset to be much faster :D

Good find.

It'll be interesting indeed to compare ATI and Nvidia when both have DX10. ATI vs Nvidia is like AMD vs. Intel, they're always competing and one is not eternally better than the other, it's always temporary

imho i see ATI being on top for longer periods than ATI........heck.....the 8800 has BARELY come out and ATI has whupped it within 6 months

ATI ftw (yes yes.....i KNOW im a hypocryte......ive got an Nvidia 7950GT)

No point in buying a G80 with this so close to release. It's going to completely school the pants off of nVidia's current offering :)

I bet the GDDR4 version will cain GPU F@H soooo hard, amazing!

I don`t understand how the 8800 performs so poorly on their testing, I mean in comparison to the other cards.

Already taking into account how badly Oblivion is written, I still don`t see why the 8800, and a GTX at that, is only 2nd by 2 fps ?!!??!
