Quietest Portable AC Unit

So after many months of starving for cold air in my room, where I may have to AC on in my house to be set to 73F my room would be nearly at around 90F. So I went to purchase a Portable AC Unit yesterday, an Idylis, for around $300+tax and tried it out a bit yesterday. It works phenomenal for cooling, however, it's a bit on the loud side. I guess you can expect it to be loud, however on the box (LOL) it boasted for being quite quiet. It operates at around 50db, that is when it isn't cooling and only just supplying the correct temperature of air that is present at the time. So, if anyone else lives in a hot area, they much surely have gone through this, so I wanted to ask if anyone knows a quiet one, even if it does sacrifice cooling.

Hmm... there hasn't been any replies, so I'll bump.
However, I'll also add on.
Is there an air conditioner... that also filters air? Since the smell that is distributed because of it has that odd hint of smell, from outside.
