Only problem I can see with these is the game library limitations given that they are ARM based whilst RoG Ally and Steam Deck are x86 which the vast majority of games developed on.

That being said, I can see these carving into the handheld emulator market and finding a niche there. Hell, may even see these run near-native Switch emulation as well since that's an ARM-based console.
 
Yep outside of emus these are not going to be viable steam deck type handhelds and tbh i don't see the reason myself as my retroid 2 plays anything emu I'd actually want so in a way kinda pointless unless to new customers in truth or folks that want more performance on that style which id see as a waste of money myself 🤔
