Not sure where to put this but does anyone know if there are any companies that make PSU covers?
Looking for a PSU cover for my 600T with HX850 PSU.

If not is acrylic easy to mould and cut and stick together?

Would like to make or purchase something like this;

Thanks!

I've not seen them sold by anyone, only included with certain cases, or custom made.

Acrylic isn't too bad to work with if you have decent tools. To make a very simple cover you can cut the acrylic into two parts, and fix them together at 90° using acrylic cement, but this would look quite crude. To bend acrylic you use a long narrow heater to warm the acrylic, and then bend it into a curve. I don't know how easily this could be done without the specific bending tool though. If the bend didn't need to extend along a long line then you could try heating a strip of it with a heat gun, and then bending it.

Hmm okay, thanks, I guess I will have to look into working with acrylic then ;L
At least it will be fairly cheap to make! :D

I've made them out of foam board from hobby shop. Commonly used for making buildings in model railroad layouts.

If you want to give me the dimensions and the curve you want i can get you one made out of aluminum and then either powder coated black, polished or no finish if you want to make it like this as i do have a pro fabricator as a farther and all the equipment to hand to do something like the first picture out of a metal so it will look nicer in the case than acrylic or anything else just send me a pm and we can see where we get?

Just so you can be sure i'm genuine or what ever here's an ssd bracket i had made up the other day for my computer its not been powder coated yet as i haven't had time to shop blast it at the moment (olly is my dads name)
