PSU choice

What's up!
So I've got my components choosen and I've really been wondering will [be quiet! Dark Power Pro P10-550W] PSU be optimal for : Intel Core i7-4770K, Corsair Vengeance Pro (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9B, 2x8GB ), ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 AMP! EXTREME core Edition , ASUS Z97-PRO and (Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB, WD RED WD20EFRX 2TB ). I'll prob. have only coolers from case (Fractal Design Define XL R2) but later I might buy a Noctua NH-C12P SE14.
So I'm not asking if it will run or if it'll work, I realize it will work, but will it be optimal. I don't want to upgrade this PC for about 5 years and I really want all things to work in this time frame and maybe even later on.

For the price of the BeQuiet Dark Power Pro P10 550W you could get a Corsair RM series, anywhere from 550W - 850W for te same price or less. Maybe even the 750i as that's still cheaper than the BeQuiet, and you'll put less load on the PSU keeping it cooler and quieter.
