He said that he saw several people walking around with Xbox360s and playing the Wii, nobody seemed to even notice that they were there, or more accurately nobody cared."

Wii60 owns the PS3. IMO Sony just tried to put as much crap as they could into one system to make it super powerful but didnt make it practical. The PS3 does not have its place in the market. You have the Wii to play for fun with other people and kids. While you have the 360 for high def hardcore gaming.

True that, although i wouldn't completely rule out the Wii for long gaming hardcoreness, just doesn't have the graphics that are considered hardcore. I know i can get wrapper up in zelda for a long time and red steel, and the other games are great with a group of friends. Whole the 360 is great when you want to have 'I have no friends time.' Both are awesome in their own right, glad I got the wii and you got the 360 though

Also you cannot look at hardware sales as a way of who is winning the battle, at least not untill there no longer a shortage of hardware on any of the consoles.
