This is my first gaming pc build so I have got a lot to learn, the last pc I built was an AMD Athlon 64 3400+ with 1GB of ram about 12 years ago and things have moved on a lot since then.
I have recently been using an old Core 2 Duo Acer laptop with an overheating problem, an old Samsung monitor and bargain basement keyboard and mouse to just about play minecraft on really low settings
Here she is mounted on 4 drinks cans to aid cooling lol
I have been keeping my eye on YouTube Tech channels to get to grips with current hardware and have been waiting for the next big thing to happen, a few weeks ago I came to the realisation that the industry is always changing and so I would be waiting forever so I took the plunge and ordered all the components to make my rig.
I have taken delivery of most of it so here goes my attempt to build a gaming pc.
I want to build so etching that looks good and I also want to have a go at overclocking for the first time.
