Right I really don't know where to start with this one.. it's a big project to say the least.

It's tinytomlogans rig (WCUK Forums) and he's decided to call it Ano-Li 343G (yes thats a G not a B before you ask) :D

Also thanks to Graeme @ Kustom for sorting us out with this hard to find case.

Are you going to combine green and red?

No red in this one im afraid.. :)

Another small update for you here:

First off I had to do a bit of modding to make the radiators fit in the roof, see the two bits on top of the drive bays...

IMG_3568.jpg

... and now they're gone. This means I can fasten the rads to the roof whereas before they would catch on those bits.

Here is what the back of the case originally looked like:

and this is what it now looks like... yes that is gonna be a window eventually (don't ask why)

and this is a random picture of the acrylic being cut-out for the windows.

Stay tuned, more tomorrow! :D

Why are they blocked!?!?!

Can't speak for Mullet but they are blocked here at work as the hosting sites are blacklisted... 90% of the interesting stuff is blocked @ work - 'games' 'web hosting' 'streaming' 'pr0n' etc etc etc...

Case is about £220 I think but that comes as a barebone, no HD cages or anythin included.

I'll have another update on Tuesday / Wednesday after the internals have been powdercoated.

Have always liked that style of case, and that model in particular. Some great kit there, be nice to see what you do with it.... hope all goes well.

Marcus what pump is that in your avatar please? I'm guessing a DDC with oclabs top but the top looks larger than the ones I have see for example in your websites shop.

@ Flashpuma - Pump pictured in my avatar is a DDC Pro with the original OC Labs plexi top, very similar to the XSPC top available on the shop. OC Labs replaced their original top with a new one a couple of months ago which is why you won't find it on the shop.

woot... powdercoating has been done!!!

The finish is REALLY nice, the orange peel effect is very small compared to some other coatings i've seen in the past!! :D

Pictures aren't great as it's dark oautside so if the weather is nice tomorrow i'll get some better snaps in natural light.

woah that looks nice, that olive green wouldnt have been my first choise in colour (a bright lime/neon green i would have prefered :p) but it looks sweet tbh :)

oh, and welcome to the forums :)

The colours for anodising are limited when it comes to different shades Im affraid dude, it was this or a British Racing Green style matt dark green.

In all honesty I didnt see this green till the 1st time I saw the case, we had afew problem getting a sample from the anodisers so I just took a leap of faith!:D

ah, i see your dilema, the subtle green looks good, its subtle enough to look good, but at the same time, to make people look twice, because they thought it looked black :p

cram it full of lights (or thats what i would do) and make it glow like a nuclear reactor :p

and i think that would look sweet, especially if you had neon green liquid in your watercooling setup that glowed green under UV light..
