Problems during games and videos

Hi guys I have been getting stuttering accompanied with a buzzing sound from my speakers when in games, watching films or playing music. I have run memtest for ages and there were no errors, so i thought it was my gpu so i got a 670 but the problem is still here. I have heard that it can be caused by psu but i also recently bought a corsair hx750. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If you're using the on board sound then it could well be the Motherboard. Have you recently added in a new wireless card or PCI (etc) card. It could be drives also as my old wireless card caused stuttering when ever the internet or any of the PCI/PCI-E slots were being used. Its hard to diagnose this but I would recommend running OCCT in Linpack mode to check that the CPU is all ok. Prime 95 may also be an option to check temps/how the CPU is processing data. To me it sounds like it would be the board.
