Problem with Corsair 2100's

I just got my Corsair 2100's yesterday and they are awesome! Except for sound not working on games. When i open a game like BF4 there is no sound. I have the headset as default but still no sound!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

The headset cuts out as soon as the game starts. Im running the latest software.

sound more like a software problem rather than the headphones themselves, did you try adjusting the audio settings from within the game itself? is it only bf4 or all games?

Yes i tried to change the settings but nothing....... Also, it is happening on all games.

do you have any other audio device attached? like speakers? do you have a soundcard or are you using onboard?

Yes, I have speakers plugged in but not default. I have also disabled them but same problem and im using on board audio.

Hi,
After finally getting the headset working again and using for several days i have run in to another issue! After using one night, when i used them in the morning i found there to be an orange light on the charging port not turning off and the blue light on the side not turing off. The headset wont turn off and if i pull out the wireless USB the blues light turns off but when i plug it back in the light turns on again! Please Help!

I had the orange light problem on my Corsair 2000's,had to RMA.They sent me a new set no problem.
