Hello,

I have a problem with AMD Firepro drivers as shown in the following video :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okJXrU2AvPw

My rig is the following :
MSI X99A SLI Plus
i7 5820k
32GB DDR4 Ram
AMD Firepro W4100 2GB
Adata SP550 240GB SSD
WD Caviar Black 1TB and 4TB HDD
OCZ ZX1000 PSU

I have the following version of drivers installed : 15.301.2601

Please help.

What have you tried changing recently?

Personally I'd get rid of that PSU.

Well I tried changing my caloric intake and exercising more, yeah.

Jokes aside, I know the PSU is not the best but it has been powering me reliably for 2 years. Also, I installed the beta drivers (16.6.1) and I switched my miniDP to DP cable to a miniDP to HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable and the problem is solved.

Thanks for your input.

how do you install the drivers? do you do a clean uninstall first or do you let the program itself do the uninstalling?

I go in device manager and uninstall the Graphic Adapter labelled AMD Firepro W4100 and I choose to uninstall all software. I back check by running the AMD package and choosing to uninstall. The package detects no installed components.
