This is like a freeview box with a ps3 connection so u can record stuff ? On ur 40g with games and stuff already on it ?

Saying that, if the ps3 history is anything like my ps2 history, I used it more for dvds than playing games.

If they put an IDE/SATA connector under it, to allow u to plug another drive to, £70 is fine. (which they could do btw)

Not gonna happen. Gimmick imo.

Yea i think its a bit pointless tbh. Would be much better if it were FreeSat compatable

its good, but its not much use with a 40 gig hard drive, thats already full of music, games, saved data's ...hmm

Its a very good idea and for those who have a PS3 it could mean a very nice easy PVR. And remember folks, swapping out the HDD on a PS3 is allowed under Sony warranty and also incredibly easy
