Semi keeping on topic.. hehe

What is it with these guyz ?

Ok, u can order an item, let`s say a WOW playcard thingy and it`s there quicker than u can ... imagine.

BUT if u pick a handful of items.. 1 of them doesn`t get delivered.

U check the order and the 1 item is still there awaiting - whatever.

Sometimes u can even check the item is in stock .. and it is .. so wtef !!

Ok, I`m w8ing for a kvm switch from them, it`s overdue for like 3 weeks. I`ve had all the other gear. It`s now showing w8ing on the order summary thing, but is not present on their sales list any longer.... when are they gonna tell me they aint got any !!!!

Another point, Sonic Whatever for the XBox399, ordered with The Man Running In Snow Shooting Stuff game and some other thingies - they`ve come... the Sonic thing is in stock... and each time an enquiry is made about Sonic the shipped date is changed to the time u contacted them!!! AND it`s still in stock. U order 1 and it`ll arrive by the weekend I assure u - order something with it and I can`t promise anything..

Oooppsss, turned into a rant >.<

.. to churn up an old thread with new info...

Play emailed me to say the KVM switch is no longer being supplied, so they can get me one.. (ok yeah well I kinda figured that)

I went online and canceled the outstanding.

Ordered a new variation of one from Amazon, arrived in like 2/3 days.

A few days later the KVM Switch from Play got delivered to my house !!??!?!??!!! I`ve checked, and I`ve not been charged!

Who just said to call em to let em know ??

keep it if you havent been charged, and sell whichever one you dislike most or use it if you need a 2nd

think of it as compensation:p

Compensation is an excellent word to use ;) Dont hear that much in pc customer service thingis. "Oh, for u`r trouble, we`ve included a free 1G flash drive" pfft cheap as chips and keeps the customer happy.

Kinda stuck between which to use.

The Belkin Omniview looks nicer and works well since I`ve have it, with keyboard switching - but uses 3 cables per pc.

The Dyna-something one is press button (no keyboard switching afaik, not read book yet), but nicely uses 1 cable per pc, utilizing spare vga stuff to house the ps2 connections. Not as sexeh looking tho.

Meh, it`s a backup stock item now ;)
