It's dram less unfortunately but also understandable considering the form factor. I wonder(not coming anytime soon I'm sure) if adding a 3D layer of cache would help SSD controllers this small.

thats the key thing i looked out for when buying drives if they are dram less they are a no go for me, i at least want solid speed even if not the best.
