I had a similar specced monitor from Samsung last year, The Neo G8 4K 240Hz with 1,152 dimming zones.

Mini LED is nice but you still see blooming even at an array number of 1,152. Ideally for 32" to really lower the blooming substantially that number should be over 2,000.
