Given Persona 5's fanbase, it'll go on the Switch before PC. I remember when people went wild thinking Persona 5 Scramble was going to be Persona 5 Switch.

No reason why both can't happen. PC would be the easier port, as PC has more powerful hardware and requires no downgrades/reworks.
