PC resetting

Hiya Guys!

Right, for some odd reason my main rig keeps deciding to reset itself.

I have yet to put my finger on it.

All it is doing is Folding and I come back to the log in page. Mmm.

I have downclocked the CPU.. but I cannot see it getting very hot seeing as it is water cooled.

Ermm, Reseated the GPU and ram. But still resets.

Funny thing is, that it has yet to reset within a game. So this just confuzzels me.

Any ideas?

Nothing... checked that, no stop errors... actually not a single error.

Some kind of malicious code executing a shutdown/restart script?

Give it a good antivirus and thorough spyware...was it you who didnt have any antivirus on their pc? lol hope not

Mmm, I very much doubt it. :eh:

I have never had such a clean PC as this. But I shall check..

Whack a multimeter on your psu (all rails) and give memtest a good runthrough

Don't think it is the PSU.. pusing a steady 12.8v and 5.2, not a single bit of movement. :eh:

Ill keep the meter on it for a few hours.

I just removed a harddisk(never uses it really). Ermm, yeah!

Your power supply is out of spec on the 12v rail the voltage should be between 11.4v and 12.6v. You don't want voltage two high or too low.
