Konami have released their latest financial results revealing that the PC is now ahead of the Xbox One.

I dont know what the price is now but I got my MGS ground zero at the £11 sale price when they released it during a steam Sale a total master stroke in my opinion and since the port is up there with some of the best if not the best I look forward to future Konami pc releases have this level of quality and finish then it's gonna be interesting time

Or better still the MGS HD collection, trying to play MGSW at 15 fps on the PSPSP emu is not a good experience.

Your point? That initial attempt was well over a year ago. Before even the console launched. Now it is selling well.. plus the xbox console itself doesn't effect the game selling well.

There's a larger potential player base on the PC. That's been the case for several years now of course, but the perception of game developers has changed as the result of slow adoption of Xbone. The way some devs see the gaming scene when it comes to current gen is PS4>PC>Xbone instead of PC being at the end. Remember when PC gamers had to wait for the port and the likelihood that the port would be shit was really high? That's a rare occurrence now.

I'm pretty sure Ubisoft are fighting against that. We'll still have crap ports for a long time. Even if it is easier to port a game to PC it doesn't mean they'll be any good in the end :/.

I think it's still to early. I think once DX12 and W10 comes out it should be little bit easier. As of now few companies can do it.. Ubisoft is a good company full of talent. It's managment on the other hand is hurting them.
