Delivery driving is fairly well paid, often involves weird or longer hours, and you can be out and about all day, your van, your own space.. I can see it`s attractions tbh.

Well, the point is, even though my income may look big to you, the income is still regulated by higher prices, taxes etc. This year I pay 31% tax, but that's cause I have a mortgage, car, apartment and so on. If I didn't I'd probably pay about 36%. And they always find new things we have to pay tax on. 
If we were USA, we'd be rioting, burning down buildings and killing politicians every week. 
And yeah, the deliveryjob is sweet, and it's hours are the same as any other normal daytime job (08-16). And I have my own (mobile) office with an ocean-view. And it's physical work, so it keeps me from getting too lazy.
And last, Mr. Smith, if you're going to Oslo, please stop by to slap me around for a bit, it's only a 20 hour drive (and that's if you drive like me) or a 2 hour flight, so feel free. Tromsø is in northern Norway. We're known for having raindeer and polar bears walking freely in the streets, the best nightlife in Norway, the Sami people (even though there's more of them in Oslo) and more.
