well as my last PC headphon thread got closed (sorry) i have revised my budget and the ones in the titles are at and below my budget.

my question is whats better?

i listen to a wide range of music and of course i game also the odd film.

My wife has Oxid's, she's using it for Skype, movies etc. and she's very happy with them, which means they must be really comfortable. I cannot say anything about the rest, since never had a chance to use them.

sweet have you heard them aswell i guess? how did they sound and do you use a headset?

I am using Roccat Kave myself so did not spend much time with Oxid's but I've asked her and she's very happy with both comfort and the performance. She spends hours talking to family from United States so I am guessing she knows what she's saying. I don't think you can go wrong with this headset, specially for less than 26quid.

How fussy are you when it comes to music? Also when it comes to gaming is 3D surround sound essential? Like for me personally I just listen to music when playing CoD or w/e, so I couldn't careless about surround sound gaming.

i would say i play more FPS than other games

3D surround aint essential as i have never heard it before

I think I understand what zeals is trying to say.

This is a good headset, definately worth 25 quid. I use headset myself mainly for ventrilo/teamspeak. Kaves are 5.1 so its kinda hard to compare them in 3d games but they are also like few times more expensive. Personally, I don't think the performance difference is worth this extra money. Just get them, you won't regret it....and if you worry about FPS performance...headset does not get you frags, skills do. If I had to compare Kaves and oxid's in any way i would have to say that I find oxid's much more comfortable.I hope it helps.
