Overclocking Help

I have been trying to overclock my computer for about a week now and I can't get FSB any higher than 220 MHz. I have tried lowering the hyper transport from 1000 MHz down to 400 MHz. My motherboard is also set at a default voltage of 1.4 so I have lower debt down to 1.3, 1.35, and I have tried it out as well on 1.4. I have turned the automatic settings for the RAM off as well. I have two 2GB Corsair DDR2 800 MHz sticks, I have an MSI K9N platinum motherboard, and they AMD 4600+ processor. The only setting that I cannot find where to change in the bios is the AGP/PCI clock speed. I can't find anything that resembles this name or that resembles the right kind of options to change it to. When ever I raise the FSB above 220 my computer will not start up it just turns black and the screen says no input detected and I have to reset the bios. I have also tried to raise the timings on my RAM to 5-5-5-15-2T. but I still have not had any luck. Is there anything anyone can suggest to me? Is my motherboard and processor just not good for overclocking? Or is there some setting that I am not changing correctly?

what is the exact model of the memory? voltage ranges from 1.8 to 2.3 on certain kinds.. might be worth bumping it up slightly.
