Overclocking ABIT Fata1ty FP-IN9

I know this board is limited to overclocking a Q6600, but I really can't be bothered waiting a month before I try it (get new MB then). Has anyone had a successful overclock with this board and if so, could you please explain how ?

There was a source I could have pointed u to where lots of info could be gotten.

If BUFF comes online, he'd have more of a clue I think.
