One of my GPU fans is running far faster than it should.

Both operate @ 2000RPM.

I noticed a loud whine earlier, was confused aas to the source.

Looking at HWInfo, and some other programs, show it running 4000-6000 RPM.

If I attempt to turn the fan-speed down via MSI AFtetburner or so...it starts displaying incredible numbers like 28,000 RPM.

It's a really obnoxious wine. Does anyone have any ideas?

What GPU's and are the temperatures still ok?
