I need to replace the fan of the processor heatsink, it's very loud..
need to clean the beige case and to assembly..

thanks for reading..

Interesting

But the title says "wish I could have a voodoo" then the spec is a AGP Geforce 4
geforce 4 mx440 64mb agp 4x
back in 98' I ran games in a very similar pc..
3dfx voodoo was out in 1996 (I had a orchid righteous 3d voodoo in 96)
geforce4 was out in 2002 (I had a geforce4 Ti4200)
(between these there was a myriad of geforce, riva + 3dfx products)

I used to play quake2 + quake3 in a division 1 clan who featured in pc gamer back then.

back in '98 I had a voodoo 1 4mb PCI and later I sold it..

today it is almost impossible to acquire a similar card.. instead I got a mx400 pro-t that is in the description

I don't know what I put mx440 instead.. what am I thinking?? xD

well, look for updates!

regards

haha yes but can you imagine trying to get a NH-D14 on one?

I do!.. I replace the 5cm busted fan for a 8cm ball bearing fan, obviously moded.. and it was a pain in the ass, took the memory sticks to the 3 and 4 slots to gain some room for it..

chuck norris style! hehe

after assembly

first, I had to clean the case.. it sucks.. very old beige case..

i used to have a gforce 6250 64MB "turbocatche" agp it was my 1st proper Gpu back in 2003/4 i think and the card cost over £100.
it was in my p4 system worked well until call of duty 4 came out then i had to upgrade which i did.

i went to a q6600 system which i kept until march this year :D i wish i still had my old p4 rig i sold it back in 2006 for £400 on ebay lol

Nice job on that PATA cable!

God, I really wish I could do a nostalgia build. But then again, a nostalgia build can always be
done later, so I suppose I'll be fine. ;)

hehe, im proud you like it.. I'm a very big fan of your work, HELIOS is amazing..

Thanks, very nice to hear

I'll probably have to finish ZEUS first because my dad would like his server stuff up and
running, but I'll continue with HELIOS in the next two weeks or so. I'm currently contemplating
how to best do the cable management, which is a lot of thinking and not much building, so I
can't really show anything until I actually get something done.

I have an old Dell XPS T500 that I am restoring, I just need a PSU. This is back when Dell made PSU that only worked with Dell computers.
