So I finally got around to overclocking my GTX 570 the other day and even posting a thread about it here.
Well, now I believe it may be dead... Pretty sure the card is cattled.
I was just playing the F.E.A.R 2 expansion WITHOUT overclocks on the card as it chews through old games like that and then the PC just powers off completely and then restarts to a blank screen.
Have replaced it with a 7200 and now running a 7900GS Nvidia and they both work. Tried my poor 570 in my Dads PC and nothing.
This makes me sad
and angry
That said, I bought the EVGA when I did as they were offering all sorts of deals to do advanced RMA's with having the thing collected and stuff like that.
