OCUK shipping is absolutely ridiculous for anyone outside of the UK. Fortunately, because I'm in Ireland and Northern Ireland is part of the UK, there are services that offer shipping locations in the North to avail of cheaper shipping. You use these addresses when placing your order. When the parcel arrives up North, the couriers take the parcels down to a storage facility in the South and we pick the packages up there ourselves. It's about €4. I saved roughly €30 in shipping with my recent OCUK order, even though the Northern Ireland shipping address is not that far away from my house in the South.

It's weird because Scan and others don't charge nearly as much. I ordered a much larger, heavier, more costly package from Scan and paid less for the shipping than I did a smaller, lighter, less costly package from OCUK.
