the same conclusion as i.

but i find the look of the card a bit off.

having a possible heat extraction system and not using it seems like waste of space to me which in the end means a lost pci/pcie.

Well, it doesn't actually have dual-slot cooling. Gainward just seems to be a bit unique in that they have the dual-slot bracket for single-slot cooled cards <shrugs>
