OC3D Review: Abit IP35 Pro Motherboard Review

*reserved, to be edited* Kemp m8, the 3Dmark06 enlarge goes to the 05 pic >.<

This is one of the fore runners of a board I`d be getting if I were buying now.

Looks like a good performing board. Slightly supprized the fundamental onboard processing doesn`t offer a basic % in efficiency all round, compared with it`s older rivals.

Always keen to look-out for something in these board reviews that will make the mobo stand out that bit more than it`s competitors. Seems like it`s a build with a tweak on something they know is already a great performer.

Does that molex get in the way of things like caps on a card tho ?

Decent review bud.

The mobo seems to be a solid performer. I have been reading the P35 is THE mobo to have for quad core OC'in. I think I'll see how my commando fairs before taking the plunge, but this could be a contender. (or the x38)

Cheers mate - tis a great board

@Rast - I'll fix that in a sec.

And e this board is lush to OC, love it to bits and stable as feck :D

looks like a really cool board :)

can do high FSB's too

if my asus p5b decides to die, i know what i'll replace it with :D

I talked my mate into getting one and he's happy with it. Said it's the best board he's used. Looks sweet!

Apart from my awesome DFI SLI-D, this is the best board I have used

I have just returned an Asus P5K because of bios and cmos checksum errors and Googling this I am not alone, so.......

I have ordered the Abit IP35 Pro based on this review. Thanks

I know its a bit late to be slapping this into this thread but iv got one of these. Waiting for my parts to come through. CPU etc. going to putting a Q9300 in one of these babies.

Sound choice, it`s a solid board.

It would be a good idea, particularly with a newer cpu, to check out the univeral-abit forums.

There are experiences and experienced users of the mobo, since it`s been out, and of course there are write-ups on how newer processors work with which bios etc.
