OC3D Radio

Quite a while back we had our own radio station, well it was more like a bunch of amateur DJ's doing some sets of some cool tunes. If we were able to get this back up and running, would you guys support it? Maybe even take a spot at DJing if you're not bad at mixing? Penny for your thoughts?

You could certainly count me in as a listener, but I'm not much of a DJ. How would you set up the radio, shoutcast?

Shoutcast would be the best bet.

Not much of a DJ myself either. Might give it a go though, does it matter about genre?

Yeah more than likely, that's how it was setup before. 2 votes in favour is good but we need more (y). Any genre is fine I'd imagine

Yup, I'd be right back at it.... DJ 10 Gauge would light it up! I think I still got SAM Broadcaster in a backup somewhere. :D Do it peeeeevs!

We need to have it stream though OC3D's high powered servers however.

Isn't this illegal now without an extremely expensive license? I'm pretty sure thats why we originally stopped :(

would defnitely listen, would be good with some oc3d updates on it aswell, news on the hour type stuff :)

hot thread, new reviews, comps etc

Hmm in the Netherlands you can have a non profit license for €300, infinite amount of tracks iirc. Don't know about the british though :X

Thats not tooooo bad. Be nice if they did something like that in UK. I just couldnt be dealing with the hassle otherwise
