OC3D news Team members wanted/News Team Changes

Well we need more active people in our news Team.

WC is doing a decent job but his net access is restricted so he can't do it all.

Myself and XMS are snowed under so we need help from this side.

Eguy and Tec don't seem to have the time to post any news so they are off of the team. Thanks for your help tho guys! :)

We need two committed people to help by posting any tech news we get from manufacturers and also glean any news they feel is interesting from the web.

You need to be online a fair amount and willing and ready to get e-mails forwarded from me and XMS on news we recieve.

Apply in this thread and the mods will decide on a winner.

Please only apply if your willing to spend a bit of time a day doing this
 
I will gladly do this. I know I am fairly new to the forums but as you can tell I am on ALOT! I am constantly scanning all of the news sites and other forums for interesting news.

i can help if its neccessary.

have basicly unlimited internet access and time, i have alot.

but my english aint perfect and my choice of words is not always the best.
 
Hmm it would of be good if u could of late us know or speak to us first Kemp as past last month i ve been busy with other stuff for oc3d , toolbar , tech cd and download site project so i have not accessed the forums that much for past 2 weeks , but anyway , decision has been made. Good luck to new members.
 
Well tbh mate We've got a shed load of stuff to do and yep^ you haven't been on for a while. If you still wants to be a member of the news team you can be but you'll have to say

I agree with you Tec, I would of been nice to of been notified before this happend, Kemp I am always on MSN :(
 
I'm sorry but you've both been News Team members for a while and haven't exactly been active. I'm not chasing you around like children and I pm'd you a while ago asking for more news to be put up

Just awaiting mods decision :)
 
Yep twisted it is for one position. Its a trial thing as he doesn't have MSN or nowt to instant message which may be a problem. Mefinks he needs to haXorZ his network ;)

Oh you have no idea how much I want to mess with this network. First thing would be to disable the damn proxy then to install something other than NT4.0 on all these damn computers. They are such a pain in the arse to work with. Old P4 something or other. Everything on these things is locked out. I can't even defrag my own hd. I had to call someone the other day to have them walk up here and log in as an admin to defrag. He sat here for 4 hours trying to defrag a 20gb hd and only got to 12% done before he called it quits.

Yeah. For the longest time I didn't even realize that I wasn't posting in the tech news forum on some of those things. I pretty much just sit at the computer all day long surfing the net and stand 5 hours of watch every 15 which is about to go to every 55 hrs, so 5hrs on 55hrs of eating, sleeping, and surfing :)

Well, actually technically you're not supposed to post in the Tech News section unless you're a News Team member. You would just make a normal post in an appropriate section and one of the mods would move it for you.
