Oh, unfortunately English is not my native language, it would have been a nice occupation.

I have a little time at the moment and hopefully over the next semester of Uni things will be slightly quieter than the last. I will take a good look through my hardwares and review something OC3D hasn't touched on before, perhaps I can do something a little special.

Give the news a bosh as well matey - its a good basis for the review side of things. Thats where I need people to start and earn their stripes too.

I'd love to! I've been a writer at a Belgian gaming website (news section too) for a few months now and feedback is generally very good. I'll try to write some news articles in the news section tonight or tomorrow morning.

Gaming is going to be a good area for me too matey - problem is they cant be duplicated. Are you getting paid at the other place?

I haven't really written a lot the last few days due to the holidays and a load of exams coming my way in a little while, I'll write about some recent news tonight :)

I'm writing as a volunteer at the other place, it's not a huge site but it has a dedicated reader-base and its own (popular) digital magazine, so it's good on my resumé. Wasn't 18 when I started writing there too, so I couldn't even get paid at the time too.

Well this could look even better on your resume fella :D

I pay per article too as long as its valid recent news to a good standard

I really wish I had more time to contribute more to the forums, I still have guide threads to update, I'll still do the odd news, reviews as and when I get the time.

Wait till I start studying IT engineering, next year, I'll be drowning in hardware and knowledge. Then it will be my time to shine :D

I'll be interested in seeing this too.

Can you PM me a link the the site you write for too. I'm curious.

Will do! It's all in Dutch though, but if you want I can translate a few articles from me :)

EDIT: I just finished the article. Should be in the news section soon.

Hi Tom, I'm a qualified British journalist and have been editing a magazine overseas for several years. I've been following OC3D for a while and it was you who first got me into building PCs. I'd like to help out in any way I can, though it'd be best to continue this privately if possible. Please advise as to how you'd like me to proceed.

I might start putting a few news articles out there whether I was to be taken on or not. Nothing wrong with giving back.

Just a quick one for those whose native language is not English, would the team consider taking them on to reach out to more people who can't read English? I could see it helping the site but a pain in the bum as well because chances are we won't know what they're writing! :D

I think I'll start writing a few articles now and again. A job for OC3D would be amazing ;)

Just wondering, are there any age requirements?

Ability and enthusiasm are the main factors

Hey dude, due to the nature of the internet and fishermans tales Ill treat everyone as equals at first - Im very old school and stripes are earned with me. I am interested but you would still need to follow what has been set out in the article please :)

Sounds really interesting
but what if your really opinionated and say things how you see them whether it be good or bad lol
