OC I7 3770 with watercooling

hey guys,
i got a wierd one here.

system
I3770K Z77 Asrock Pro Fatal1ty 16Gb 1600mhz and HD7970 + AX860i
windows 7 x64

If i put my Vcore on 1.18 i get temps at 4.2 ghz that are so out of line,
i cant get why,
this is on OCCT after 45 minutes
CPU: 34°C
Core0:57
core1:61
Core2:84
core3:59

anybody know whats going on there ?

Not quite sure what is out of wack. What is your cooler you use?

nevermind i see the problem. Core2. Make sure your thermal paste is spread properly.
 
it is i reapplyd it 2 times to see if somethings wrong there
its very nice spread and very few too
