Ive been building and working on PC for 15 years now and the one thing I always wanted to do but never did was OC everything. I just got a new CPU graphics card and mobo and memory and I want to figure out how to OC safely.

Intel e8400

XFX 780i

4x 1gb Kingston HyperX PC6400

2x BFG 8800GT OC (manufacture)

one thing that has been bothering me is my mobo detects the memory to be 667 mhz.
