And one day, the game can be played at ulow settings for maximum FPS, but will be streamed at ultra quality due to AI knowing what the game will look like at max settings 
On a more serious sidenote: should this mean that GTX users will also see better performance? I guess so, right?

The OBS improvements apply to anything with NVENC encoding, so older NV GPUs will see a boost.
The Turing encoding efficiency improvements are obviously Turing only.
