NZXT S340 Elite Review

Nice write up Gary, interesting direction NZXT are going though I'm slowly loosing my fondness for tempered glass panels now.. it was great when it was just InWin doing it, it was there "thing" but seeing 4 thumb screws on the side panel of every new case is getting rather boring.

Hmmmm.. Had my eye on this case for a few weeks now, i like the styling, i like the cable management shroud and the front SSD mount really is a nice touch.. im finding myself torn between this and the Corsair Crystal 460X. But im edging towards the S340 more and more as time goes by, my only off put is the one fan mount on the top which hasn't a filter ;)

If the price drops to around £65 i buy one :D:D:D

Question - Can if fit a CEB Motherboard

The NZXT S340 Elite officially supports up to standard ATX boards 12 x 9.6 Inches, I wanted to know if it would be possible to unofficially fit the Asus X99 E-WS 10G, CEB motherboard which from what I've read have the same mounting holes as an ATX board but measures at 12 x 10.5 Inches.

Could anyone with experience with the case look into, and tell me if i could fit the CEB board and would problems I may face, Thanks. (:

I don't see how this is worth $20 more than the regular version. I've also noticed that over time, the original S340 has actually gotten more expensive, to the point it's more expensive than a FD Define S, which imo is a better case. Which doesn't bode well for this one, being that much more expensive. Interior is neat and all, but not enough to warrant the price over other great cases.

Like the case, but not the price. Also I am not really liking the two newer trends that seem to be HOT this year. Tempered glass, and RGB everything.
