Hmm, the arguments for both sides are totally valid. Some would say that such a drop in temps for 20 bucks is a steal.
On the other hand I think it could've been even more better, considering the side panel's clasping mechanism.

They have messed up the first time. This is more of a cheap fix. Anyway, i suppose NZXT sells a good chunk of their products with BLD service.

There are better cases at lower price points and no one can say "But mine bursts into flame!" either. My rule of thumb is "No video, probably not a good idea." anywho. ;-)
