16GB is testing the limits of a GPU of this calibre. I think it's doable if the price is right. A 16GB card that's faster than a 4090 in RT and raster and more efficient but is half the price of a 4090 at $800, that would be pretty good. Of course, the chances of that are zero, but hey.
