Nvidia's reportedly working on an RTX 2080 Ti Super

Keep hearing this story but the RTX Titan already fits the bill.
What no one ever mentions is both the 2080 Ti and RTX Titan both use the TU102 chip, is there a TU100 chip lurking in the wings that could form the basis of an uber range of professional cards and ultra high end gaming cards?
Those are being saved for next year, along with a price bump to £1799 for the top end "Gaming" card :cussing:

So 256 extra CUDA cores which will give maybe 1FPS over a 2080 Ti and a SUPER sticker, IF this is true Nvidia must be bored.

No chance, As Kaapstad said on the OCUK forums, The RTX Titan clock for clock, Which the SUPER would be, Is around 7% faster than the 2080 Ti and my 2080 Ti Founders Edition came with Samsung memory which happily clocks to 4000MHz and the core overclocks to 2050 no problem, I'm not really in the mood to sell it and put money on top of it just to get a card that is maybe 7% faster.
On top of which 6 months later Ampere will come out with increased performance and likely slightly lower pricing, All in all it would be a colossal waste of both time and money.
