Typos in second paragraph: "graphics card is a GTA product" (GTX, presumably), "making the GTX 1650 a Turing based GPU" (1630, presumably).
As for the card itself, in theory a 1630 does sound good as the '30' suggests an entry level card that should have an MSRP of under $100. In practice I'll wait to see what kind of price it fetches on the market. In theory a 1650 should have been enough to compete with the 6400 (it's SRP is lower), but in practice it competes with the 6500 XT.
