Well it's not hostility is it? like, booing something you don't like or happen to disagree with? It's just not tolerated in this totalitarian world these days. People just do whatever they like, without caring about what other people think, then have criticism silenced.
So you can bet he will only invite people who will toss his salad for him. Same old, same old.
You're French right dude? well I tell you what, those lot are my heroes right now.

That is the one thing that the French do well. They are no longer afraid to standup and maintain their dissatisfaction in something. And they wont just moan for 5min and then accept it like the British do. e.g. petrol prices.
Brits: moan for a day, do some slow crawl on the motorway to protest, and then just pay what the Government charges.
French: Boycot harbors, depots, and any logistics center until government drops the price again. (and succeeds)
/off topic rant.
Anyway... As far as Nvidia go, im done with GPUs, nothing they could announce would interest me. Perhaps its because im transitioning away from Gaming. However given my industry, AI, Autonomy, and IoT stuff would be interesting, even if it came from NGreedia.
Oh totally. We used to be like that, then the govt got rid of as many unions as they could and taught us to "keep calm and continue" etc. I may be old, and not as physically capable as I used to be, but I would fight as hard as I could for anything like that.
And yeah, totally hear you on the GPU front. From here on end I shall wait it out and see what happens, but I certainly ain't buying anything at these prices.
The mere fact AMD have waited for Nvidia to go first just shows their intention 100%.
I used to get excited about GPU launches. These days? I am "Bad feeling" from Platoon.
