I think Nvidia probably will release this. If it's true and most who were going to buy a 4090 have already bought one, you may as well release an even better SKU to eek as much out of the market as possible and get rid of all the best silicon.

So in the real world we can expect roughly a 5-10% performance bump over the 4090 likely for a starting price of £2000.
