Really depends on how readily available GDDR6 is. If Nvidia are facing constraints, AMD could be too. Hard to know, sadly.

I wonder how many AI products are still using GDDR6 compared to the newer GDDR7.

That's not the problem TBH. It's the memory manufacturers taking the production away from GDDR and giving it to DDR5.
